Jordan is a chef and award-winning author. Having trained at the Ballymaloe Cookery School in his native Ireland, he went on to work under Skye Gyngell at the Michelin-starred Petersham Nurseries restaurant in London. He is the winner of both the Fortnum & Mason and Observer Food Monthly Awards for his cookbook 'Our Korean Kitchen'.
Jordan's work has featured in Observer Food monthly, The Guardian Cook magazine, The Times, The Sunday Times, Vogue, BBC Good Food, Waitrose Kitchen and Food & Travel. He is also a regular guest chef on BBC's ‘Saturday Kitchen’ and ‘Sunday Brunch’ Channel 4.
