The R.A.U. Vegetable Patch
Springing up alongside our Feastival Herb Garden is our brand new Vegetable Patch! Following the success of our UK Festival Award-winning initiative 'The Wheat Project', we're delighted to be working with The Royal Agricultural University to create an incredible new sensory experience for children that will showcase the journey from field to fork with the fresh herbs and vegetables grown at the festival. Think fragrant basil, coriander and rosemary, along with home-grown earthy courgettes and carrots.
With all of this delicious freshly picked produce from our festival garden, budding young chefs will then head to the NEFF Little Kitchen for hands-on cookery classes with the Hobbs House Bakery team, taught by Tom and Henry Herbert.
We can’t wait to kick off another year of “grow-your-own” fun!
